Bob Bowen has been a member of the DOVFD since February of 1997. Bob has served in as a Captain for several years. Battalion Chief Bowen has been instrumental over the years in giving extra instruction to members on driving and pumping fire apparatus. Bob works for Martin Apparatus, a fire equipment company.
