The Double Oak Community

The benefit of being part of a small town is the close-knit relationship formed between the citizens and the first responders who care for them.  We find events such as the annual 4th of July Parade and Picnic as well as the Santa Meet and Greet, are wonderful ways for us to connect with our residents.

Santa Claus Around Town!

Double Oak is going to have a VIP guest this holiday season!  On Sunday, December 10, 2023, Santa will be in town cruising the streets of Double Oak beginning at 12pm.  Our firefighters will be escorting him through every neighborhood on a fire engine as he wishes the young and young at heart a very Merry Christmas and happy holiday season.  When he gets close to your house, you'll see the lights and hear the sirens so make sure to come outside, meet and get a picture with Santa and tell him what you would like for Christmas.
